A former solicitor at White & Case LLP, I now help lawyers navigate the challenges of the legal industry by managing stress, healing their gut and reclaiming their energy — all to create longevity in their careers.
Law was a career I loved and thrived in. However, a few years in I hit burnout — I was navigating life as a NQ while also being a full-time carer to my parents through their cancer diagnoses. At first, I was functioning and performing at my highest level, like nothing had changed. But in doing so, I was missing key warning signs from my body.
The result? Six months off work, navigating a phased-return back into full-time work and a newfound understanding of what a "successful” career means — putting yourself first & prioritising your health, all while hitting those huge career milestones and achievements!
